Description:

Senior Brewers Andy Parker and Fred Rizzo and Educator C.V. Howe will be on hand to taste, talk over and elucidate the myriad flavor components of these exciting beers. Those who attend will be treated to a course that utilizes finished and unfinished beers to: identify sour flavors and their sources; explain how balance is achieved in sour beers and how it differs from traditional beers crafted with a closed fermentation; show a general overview of traditional styles of sour ales.

Beer novices are welcome and encouraged to come to this informational and educational meeting. This is a great opportunity to introduce yourself or a friend to a new world of beers!
