Our brewers focus on high quality ingredients, a carefully controlled process and delicate handling to provide one of the best beers you will find in the industry.
We operate a seven barrel brewery designed and installed by Sound Brewing Systems of Seattle with vessels fabricated by Ripley Stainless in British Columbia.
Our brewery features a cold room specially designed for lagering to provide our beers with a traditional character and complexity.

Beer Descriptions
Pilsner - Czech style lager with light golden color from pale and Munich malts. Cold storage (lagering) for several weeks provides smoothness, subtle malt flavor, and imported Saaz hop distinction.
OG 1.054 5% ABV 35 IBU
Amber - Northwest style amber colored ale featuring good flavor and aroma and slight fruitiness from ale fermentation.
OG 1.058 5% ABV 40 IBU
Porter - Rich, dark ale with complex flavor from four malts and two hop varieties. Chocolate malt dominates taste and color in this otherwise balanced brew. Made with Columbus, Perle and Cascade hops.
OG 1.052 4.6% ABV 35 IBU
India Pale Ale (IPA) - Our award winning India Pale Ale emphasizes Northwest hop varieties and features significant hop flavor, bitterness and aroma. Dry hopped with Columbus, Cascade and Simcoe.
OG 1.068 6.1% ABV 118 IBU
Stout - Robust, dark and full of flavor. Roasted barley, black malt and chocolate malt give classic flavor, color and aroma.
OG 1.060 5.0% ABV 30 IBU
Old Sebastes Barley Wine - Our strongest ale annually. Copious amounts of four different barleys provide significant maltiness. Ages well with dramatic flavor evolution.
OG 1.144 9.9% ABV 65 IBU
Noel Winter Ale - Brewed to celebrate the holiday season, this winter warmer uses various aromatic specialty malts and has a prominent hop character from mild American Noble varieties.
OG 1.075 7.0% ABV 45 IBU
Mai Oh Maibock - This golden seasonal version of the classic bock style is malty with a delicate hop character from German Perle, Tettnang and Hallertau varieties. Named in honor of Mariners announcer Dave Niehaus' classic exclamation.
OG 1.070 6.5% ABV 30 IBU
Aviator Doppelbock - This bold and big bodied double strong bock is dark and malty with good hop character from German Tettnang and Hallertau vartieties. A meal in a glass!

Hefewezein - Anacortes Hefeweizen is relatively dry, mildly hopped with Perle and Mt Hood varieties with a traditional Bavarian aroma and flavor.
OG 1.050 4.6% ABV 18 IBU
Vienna - Smooth, malty amber lager with a delicate hop aroma and balanced bitterness from Perle and Mt Hood varieties.
OG 1.054 4.8% ABV 15 IBU
Oktoberfest - Anacortes Oktoberfest celebrates the traditional Bavarian festival with a malty, full bodied brew hopped for balance and lagered for six weeks in one of Washington's most authentic cold storage cellars.
OG 1.072 6.4% ABV 30 IBU
Extra Special Bitter (ESB) - Great aroma from the use of imported Maris Otter malt with a warm copper color from the addition of 80L Crystal malt. Bittered with Simcoe and dry hopped with Simcoe and Willamete varieties.
OG 1.068 6.1% ABV 40 IBU
Broadsword Scottish Ale - This strong Scottish ale has robust malty flavors with subtle smokiness and a balanced bittereness from Perle, Cascade and Mt Hood hops. Broadsword is made with Black Patent, Caramel, Chocolate, Munich and Peat smoked malts for a dark color and rich flavor.

Red Ale - Modeled after a classic "mild" ale with low hopping and alcohol for easy drinking.
OG 1.052 4.2% ABV 20 IBU
Locomotive Breath Imperial Stout - Extremely robust, dark and full of flavor. Copious amounts of roasted barley, black and chocolate malts provide intense flavor, color and aroma.
OG 1.089 8.5% ABV 45 IBU
Golden Lizard Belgian Wit - Pale and wheat malts result in a light bodied ale. Belgian yeast provides traditional flavor and esters. Lightly hopped with Perle. This beer has been uniquely spiced with coriander, sweet and bitter orange peel, cumin seed, fresh basil, grains of paradise and angelica root.
OG 1.048 4.5% ABV 12 IBU
Klosterbier - Originally brewed at the Anacortes Brewery under the guidance of the visiting Brewmaster of Kalt Loch Brewery in Bavaria, this beer is modeled after a dark lager brewed by Kalt Loch for the Engelberg monastery. Our version uses Perle hops and a portion of apple wood smoked malt.
OG 1.056 5.3% ABV 35 IBU
Helles Festival Lager - Pale coloerd, light bodied summer lager brewed in the traditional German style. Hopped for balance with German noble varieties, this is a great session beer.
OG 1.050 4.8% ABV 18 IBU
Marzen - A smooth, amber lager comparable to an Oktoberfest, malty with a delicate hop aroma and balanced bitterness from Perle, Hallertau and Tettnang varieties.
OG 1.070 6.4% ABV 30 IBU
Honey Cream Ale - A smooth, blond ale brewed with local honey and lagered for crispness featuring delicate hop aroma and balanced bitterness from Willamete hops.
OG 1.065 6.2% ABV 21 IBU
Cask "Real" Ales - Available at the Rockfish every Friday at 3:00 PM.

Must be 21 yrs or older.
Keg Pickup times: Monday through Friday, 10:00AM - 5:00PM.

Styles subject to availablility.

Prices as follows:
1/2 bbl kegs = $125 + tax
(Volume = 120 pint glasses)
1/4 bbl kegs = $75 + tax
(Volume = 60 pint glasses)
Specialty and higher alcohol beers may cost more.
Keg deposit = $100 cash or credit card
Tap deposit = $50 cash or credit card
