Tröegs Brewing Company was established in 1997. Today, the brewery produces nine different beers including Hopback Amber Ale, Troegenator Doublebock, Rugged Trail Ale, Tröegs Pale Ale, Nugget Nectar (seasonal) Dead Reckoning Porter (seasonal), Sunshine Pils (seasonal), The Mad Elf (seasonal), and distributes its product in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia.

Troeg's has recently expanded their tasting room. It's more of an L shape now. It includes a fridge where you can purchase 6 packs and 22oz bombers. The 6 packs include their year rounds, seasonals, and limited scratch beers. You can also buy by the case and keg in the gift shop. They offer sampler trays and pints as well as growler fills. They have seating for about 40 people as well. They give tours but you can no longer just show up. You now have to call ahead to reserve a spot. If you do just show up, you'll only be able to take a tour if spots are available.

It gets very busy in there now, so you probably want to call ahead. The expansion is nice, and the availability of 6 packs and bombers for take out is great.
