MoJo India Pale Ale

Appearance - 3.5

Pours one finger of head that has a decent retention and leaves globs of lacing as it settles down. It is golden in color with some yeast floating around.

Aroma - 3.5

Ssweet caramel malt with hints of citrus and flowery hops.

Mouthfeel - 3.5

A light-medium bodied beer with a semi-smooth feeling and adequate carbonation.

Taste - 3.5

Much hoppier than it smells. The sweet malts are up front followed by some bready/toasted malts. There are a good amount of piny and citrusy hops that leave a dry, sour bitterness. The hops complement the malts well.

Overall - 4.0

A pretty good IPA that is very drinkable.
