A bitter brewed for Horse Brass Pub. "It has good bitterness and flavor, which is what Don and I had talked about all along, while still keeping the beer a session beer, a type of beer Don really enjoyed.”-Vinnie Cilurzo Brewmaster and friend. An American bitter- golden amber in color with a nice dry citrus, cereal and tobacco nose. Tobacco?! Now we know it was brewed for Don. Pouring all week.

Clearly and orange in color. Citrus, breadiness, and some spicy hops. Possibly a hint of tobacco near the finish. Light to medium bitterness.
