Description:
Workhorse-Our biggest seller in the pubs, this is an extremely well balanced yet super flavorful IPA brewed in the West Coast style. The over-the-top aroma comes from a heavy handed dose of hops in the kettle, hop back and 2 separate dry-hop additions. A slightly sweet finish helps balance the hop bitterness and creates an ale that is both big on flavor yet remains quite drinkable.

Appearance - 4.5
It pours a clear light copper color. It produces a small creamy white head that has some nice retention and leaves some excellent lacing.
Aroma - 4.0
The aroma has a nice floral nose along with citric notes. There is some light sweet malt as well.
Mouthfeel - 4.5
Medium in body with moderate carbonation.
Taste - 4.5
The taste consists of floral hops and grapefruit with a tiny bit of orange. There is just enough malt sweetness to provide some balance, without getting too in the way of the hops. It finishes with a medium bitterness.
Overall - 4.0
This is an excellent west coast IPA. It's full of hops flavor, yet still provides some balance.
