Bottled 5/5/11. Pours a hazy orange-red. Produces an inch of light tan head with great retention. Malty aroma with some spicy hops. Medium to full in body with a nice creaminess. The malts show up first with a strong caramel malts backbone and toasty notes. Unfortunately the hops seem to have faded. I only get small spicy hop notes. The alcohol shows up a little bit in the finish.
