Description:

Belgian style farmhouse ale brewed with malted pilsner, wheat, golden naked oats and rye, Sterling hops and farmhouse yeast. 15% matured 12 months in oak barrels with Brettanomyces, 15% matured 9 months. Blended with fresh farmhouse ales in the spring and matured an additional 3 months. Pours a hazy gold glass with a big white head. Tropical fruit, citrus and earthy wild yeast in the nose. Provision drinks wonderfully tart and dry with complex flavors and a balanced hop backbone.

Only 96 cases produced of 750ml Belgian Corked and Caged bottles.
