Description:

Brewed with a variety of malts and two unique strains of yeast, our biere de Mars is one of our most ambitious brews to date. This complex ale is left unfiltered to contribute to it's hazy orange appearance while retaining the flavor of toasted and caramel malts, orange peel, and turbinado sugar. Flavors of fruit and spice are provided by the yeast, but it's a secondary wild yeast, brettanomyces bruxellensis, that creates the distinct farmhouse character.
