Appearance - 4.0
Pours one finger of white head that fades fairly quickly but leaves some nice sticky lacing. The beer is clear and has a golden-straw color. There is visible carbonation.
Aroma - 4.0
The aroma is very fruity with classic wheat overtones. It consists of a little citrus, mango, and lemon. A very nice display of hops.
Mouthfeel - 4.0
Light-Medium in body with active carbonation. The carbonation is prickly and has a nice crisp bite to it.
Taste - 4.5
First is a nice bready malt flavor that is quickly bombarded with hops. I get mango and pineapple followed by some citrus. The wheat malt comes in near the finish and there is a slight bitterness from the hops that lingers.
Overall - 4.0
The hops are showcased very well in this beer and the wheat complements it nicely. I really love the hop profile on this beer. It's like a bigger, more tropical gumballhead. I highly recommend giving this beer a try.
