We hit this full bodied IPA with "nookie" four times during the brewing process to give this ale its trademark Chinook hop character. We then "dry nooked" this flavorful ale to further enhance its grapefruit and pine aroma.

Appearance - 3.5
Pours a 1/2 inch of creamy white head that's got great retention and leaves some nice sticky lacing. The beer is a murky orange/brown.
Aroma - 3.5
Smells like fresh cut grass with sweet malt undertones.
Mouthfeel - 3.5
Medium in body with moderate carbonation.
Taste - 3.0
A mixture of citrus and pine up front with strong grassy and earthy hops through the finish. There is a sweet malt backbone that attempts to balance the hops. The finish is bitter grassiness.
Overall - 3.0
A very grassy hopped IPA. It was good but I prefer piny or fruity hop forward beers more.
