Description:
This imperial Oatmeal stout is brewed with one of the world’s most expensive coffees, made from droppings of weasel-like civet cats. The fussy Southeast Asian animals only eat the best and ripest coffee berries. Enzymes in their digestive system help to break down the bean. Workers collect the bean-containing droppings for Civet or Weasel Coffee. The exceedingly rare Civet Coffee has a strong taste and an even stronger aroma.

Appearance - 4.5
This beer pours 1/4 inch of dark tan head into a tulip glass. The head leaves some light lacing and fades fairly quickly. This beer is almost opaque. It's mostly black with a bit of brown mixed in for good measure.
Aroma - 4.5
An amazing aroma on this one. There are lots of roasted notes combined with coffee and light chocolate. There is also a lingering alcohol presence.
Mouthfeel - 4.5
Full in body with light carbonation. It's smooth and creamy in the mouth.
Taste - 4.5
The taste is very similar to the nose. It has a good bit of roasted malts paired with coffee. There is a light chocolate flavor as well as a something extra that is hard to pinpoint. The finish consists of coffee and hops bitterness blended together.
Overall - 4.5
An amazing beer. It's also a great conversation piece, "I drank a beer made from harvested weasel feces". The delicious coffee flavor from this beer is outstanding.
