Thick head that dissipates a little slowly and is creamy and off white in color. A ruby amber body that is clear with a large amount of carbonation floating up.
Aroma - 3.0
Has a nice fruity aroma with a hint of bitterness to it creating an almost butterscotch like addition.
Mouthfeel - 3.0
Nice and medium bodied, with lots of carbonation bubbling in the mouth.
Taste - 3.5
Fruity but not sweet. Hints of cherry and grapefruit with the added bitterness that comes in later.
Overall - 3.0
Overall not a bad dubbel. I could enjoy this with a meal easily.
