Description:
An American style India Pale Ale. This medium bodied, light bronze hued brew has an aggressive hop character and flavor from the use of American hops in dry hopping. Our interpretation comes in at 13.0 degrees plato with IBU’s in the mid 40’s. The American hop varietals used as Kettle additions were Amarillo and Chinook and this was dry hopped with Chinook as well.

Was served in a 16 oz English pint glass at the brew house. Has only a small white had but it left some nice spotty lacing. The beer is cloudy and golden-orange in color.
Aroma - 3.0
The weakest part of this beer. There is a bit of pine and a light sweetness present.
Mouthfeel - 3.5
Medium in body with a slight creaminess. Medium carbonation. The hop flavor sticks to the inside of your mouth.
Taste - 3.5
A light sweetness and some bready malts followed by a good amount of earthy and piny hops. It finishes up with a nice bitterness.
Overall - 4.0
Overall a pretty solid IPA. It has a great look and taste. With a little more of a pungent nose, this could be a very nice IPA.
