Appearance - 4.0
A nice thick bubbly head with a mix of tan/caramel/mocha colours. A very very dark brown body that appears nearly black unless under lights. Unable to see any bubbles rising up the glass. Thick lacing around the glass.
Aroma - 4.5
Very malty aroma with some nuttyness and some caramel to it.
Mouthfeel - 4.0
A fairly light feeling in the mouth for a stout with a medium-heavy amount of carbonation. Definitely easy to drink.
Taste - 4.5
Very malty flavour up front that follows through to the end. Very little bitterness from the hops which is noticeable during the aftertaste.
Overall - 4.5
A experience with this anniversary stout. Easy to drink, while keeping very good flavour. Very malty.
