Cold filtered and brewed in small batches using no additives or preservatives, the Abita Company is proud to be Louisiana True.

Appearance - 3.5
Very clear pale ale with an off white head. Fair amount of carbonation bubbling it's way to the top.
Aroma - 4.0
A fruity and floral hop smell that is fairly strong.
Mouthfeel - 4.5
Light in the mouth. Not a lot of carbonation but not to little.
Taste - 4.0
A bit of a floral taste at first sip and noticeably hoppy. Not a lot of lingering hop bitterness.
Overall - 4.0
A very good pale ale. I'm not usually a fan of hoppy beers, but this one manages to be hoppy without being to bitter.
