Description:
Our interpretation of a classic English beer style is copper-colored, medium-bodied and highly hopped. Its flavor is delightfully complex: tangy fruit at the start, with an assertive hop crispness and a long malty palate that one well-known beer writer has compared to the flavor of freshly-baked bread.

Pours a slightly hazy amber, a bit darker than your typical pale ale. It accumulates about an inch of white head leaving nice lacing.
Aroma - 3.5
Sweet malts and a bit of grain comprise the nose.
Mouthfeel - 3.5
Medium in body with nice carbonation. Nice and crisp.
Taste - 3.5
Lightly toasted malts and a bit of breadiness up front. It's followed up by some earthy and citrus hops. It finishes with a slight bitterness.
Overall - 3.5
A nice session beer. I was expecting more of a hoppy brew, but it's actually more mellow. I'd certainly try this again.
