Appearance - 4.5
1 1/2 inches of fluffy, off-white head appears upon pour. The head is sticky with good retention. The beer is a hazy copper color
Aroma - 3.0
A pretty hoppy nose. A little bit of caramel mixed with a nice dose of grapefruit and citrus. It's a nice aroma, but nothing that's going to rock your socks off.
Mouthfeel - 4.0
Medium in body and it has a slightly syrupy feel to it. It has adequate carbonation.
Taste - 3.5
Some bisquity and caramel malts are mixed together up front. They are followed up by a nice blend of Chinook and Cascade hops with a fairly clean finish and just a slight bitterness.
Overall - 3.5
Overall a pretty well execute IPA. It's nothing out of this world, but it's certainly enjoyable. I would certainly try more of their brews in the future. Their Imperial Stout and Doppelt IPA look tasty...
