Appearance - 2.5
A tan looking amber colour with a light white head
Aroma - 3.0
Very strongly of sorghum. A different but interesting aroma compared to most beers.
Mouthfeel - 2.5
A light and not very full feeling, some carbonation to help it out.
Taste - 2.5
Again the sorghum stands out quite a bit with a bit of bitterness coming in afterwards.
Overall - 3.0
A beer of a different kind, for those that like to try something different, this is definitely it. A unique flavour that should be good for those whom can't choose from many alternatives.
