Dragonmead's signature product! This is the ultimate Belgian style. The very high gravity of this beer is balanced by the smoothness of its finish. Banana and Clove aromas come from the Belgian yeast strain combining with the generous dose of Belgian Candi Sugar. The Saaz hops help to give this beer a balanced bitterness with no noticeable hop aroma.

Appearance - 3.5
Nice white head that quickly dissipates. A clear yellow-amber body with just about no carbonation floating up.
Aroma - 3.5
You can definitely smell some banana in it with added sweetness. A hint of clove as well.
Mouthfeel - 3.5
Nice and pretty medium bodied with plenty of carbonation.
Taste - 4.0
Bananas and cloves apparent with some light lingering bitterness
Overall - 4.0
A pretty good all around beer. Perfect for those that enjoy lots of flavor, want to drink a few bottles, and get buzzed a little quicker while they're at it.
