Description:
The East Coast Lager is an easy drinking “golden” lager with a wonderful balance of crisp malt flavors and flowery hop finish. Built specifically with very low bitter aftertaste, the aroma is as clean as the taste.A difficult beer to brew because of the gentleness… this beer is magnificent!

Appearance - 2.5
Pours 1 1/2 fingers of frothy white head. It has an OK retention and leaves a ring of lacing. The beer itself is a pale golden straw color. There is a decent amount of carbonation bubbles visible.
Aroma - 3.0
There is a small amount of hops, as well as some grain. There is also a faint sweet aroma.
Mouthfeel - 2.5
A light-medium bodied beer with moderate carbonation.
Taste - 3.0
There is some breadiness up front followed by sweet flavor. It ends with a grainy taste and a small amount of grassy hops bitterness.
Overall - 3.0
Can't say I'm a huge fan of this one. It is easily session-able because of how light and crisp it is, but something in the taste is off to me. I think I might just not be into the "all malt lagers".
