Description:
You've got to love coffee to truly appreciate this phenomenal brew. Brewed with an abundance of flaked oats, bitter and sweetened imported chocolates, Sumatra and Kona coffee. Breakfast Stout has an intense fresh roasted coffee nose toped with a cinnamon colored frothy head that seems to never fade and makes you wish breakfast could last forever.

Appearance - 4.0
Pours very little head, just barely enough dark brown head to cover the top of the beer before quickly disappearing. The beer is pitch black and looks thick as oil.
Aroma - 4.5
A very nice dose of roasted coffee beans, blended with a bit of chocolate.
Mouthfeel - 4.5
Full in body with carbonation on the low side. The low carbonation and oatmeal creates a creamy, somewhat chewy feel.
Taste - 4.0
A little bit of dark chocolate and roasted malts up front that's quickly followed by a massive amount of coffee infused flavor. It finishes with some rick dark roastiness. Alcohol isn't detectable at all.
Overall - 4.0
Coffee lovers will certainly find a lot to like about this stout. It drinks surprisingly well, despite the higher abv. I feel like if I was more of a coffee person my ratings would be slightly higher.
