Description:
From the Goose Island website:
"Our IPA recalls a time when ales shipped from England to India were highly hopped to preserve their distinct taste during the long journey. The result, quite simply a hop lover's dream. And this classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one you'll remember."

Appearance - 4.0
Pours about one finger of white head that sticks around for a little and leaves some webbed lacing. It's amber in color with a slight haze.
Aroma - 3.0
Sweet, with some honey, malts and some mild floral hops.
Mouthfeel - 3.5
A light bodied beer that goes down smooth and has a pretty clean finish. The carbonation is good leaving a little tingle.
Taste - 3.5
Some bready malts up front followed by some sweeter caramel malts. The malts complemented by some floral hops combined with a little bit of citrus in the finish. Nice and crisp.
Overall - 3.5
A very session-able IPA. Nothing out of this world, but I'd pick it up again. Worth a try.
