Average of 1 rating: 3.5 stars.
Description:
Reflective of the traditional German style, Stoudt's Pils is delicately dry with firm bitterness. This crispness of Saaz hops and a dry malt finish make the Pilsener an excellent aperitif.

Appearance - 4.0
An inch of soapy white comes from the pour. It has a surprisingly good retention. There are traces of lace left as it goes down. The beer is clear with lots of visible carbonation. It's a very light golden straw color.
Aroma - 3.0
A good amount of hops and grain on the nose. Maybe a hint of lemon.
Mouthfeel - 3.5
Light in body with a crisp clean feeling to it. Carbonated nicely.
Taste - 3.5
A balance of grassy hops and a light sweet malt. There's a little bit of lemon towards the finish, followed by a has a slightly bitter after taste.
Overall - 3.5
Overall a pretty decent pilsner. Goes down easy on hot days, worth a shot.
