Appearance - 4.0
The Sunshine Pils pours a clear golden colour. It has about one fingers with of head that retains fairly well. It also leaves a decent amount of lacing on the inside of the glass.
Aroma - 3.0
I can make out traces of malt and smell some hops.
Mouthfeel - 5.0
It is suprisingly balanced beween carbonation and smoothness. It has a nice light feeling.
Taste - 4.0
Up front is a malty taste and is followed by a hoppy, crisp finish with a little bitterness.
Overall - 4.0
An excellent pilsner. It's very refreshing and would be great on a summer day.
