A clear brown with a light carbonation floating up. A toffee like head that quickly dissipates

Aroma - 3.0

Definite roasted malty coffee like aroma

Mouthfeel - 3.5

Semi-thick mouth feel with not quite medium amounts of carbonation.

Taste - 4.0

Malty bitter-sweet taste with a light bitterness lingering.

Overall - 4.0

Pretty good Doppelbock where you can't taste the 8.5% packed into it.
