Holy crap this beer is amazing! Not your average belgian triple. At it's peak 1.5 to 2 years post brewing. It is a bit harsh when it's too young, but properly aged, the taste mellows considerably and the subtle sweetness and herb notes come to the forefront. Lots of different flavors but very well balanced. Hold on to this one until it's ready!
