Appearance - 4.5
Poured a nice thick brown looking head that faded pretty quickly, though it does leave lacing. The beer is a very opaque nearly black colour to it.
Aroma - 4.0
Heavy black coffee, with some dark chocolate and roasted aroma.

Stands out a bit on the heavy end with light carbonation.

hint of dark chocolate with some black coffee flavour, some roasted malts before ending in some bitterness.
Overall - 4.0

Pouring this into a glass produced a half inch of medium brown head that faded fairly quickly leaving a small amount of lacing. The beer is very dark brown/black.
Aroma - 3.5
Dark roasted malts and coffee are the predominant components of the aroma.
Mouthfeel - 4.0
Medium to full in body with a nice creamy character.
Taste - 4.0
The beer opens up with some light chocolate which melts into coffee flavors. It finishes with dark roasted malts and a nice bitterness.

Overall this is an excellent stout, especially for the value. A bomber was $3.99 in Virginia. Certainly worth the price.
