They blended dark and pale roasted malted barley with select hops and allowed for longer aging to create a robust beer with an exceptionally creamy head. A nice medium-dark clear shade of brown with a nice off white head.
Aroma - 4.5
Nice floral notes, with a light fruity melon. Mixes to create an almost apple like smell.
Mouthfeel - 4.0
Medium amounts of carbonatinon and a mouthfeel that isn't heavy or light, but very drinkable.
Taste - 3.5
A nice mix of floral, hoppy, and malty flavours all at once without being to strong. It ends with a light hoppy bitterness, and malty aftertaste.
Overall - 4.0
Overall it's a nice beer for the spring time, that isn't to heavy in the stomach and a nice aroma and flavour to greet this season.
