A deep brownish-caramel colour. Clear with light carbonation bubbling up.

Aroma - 3.5

A nutty malty aroma with a hint of sweetness.

Mouthfeel - 4.0

A rich but not to thick feeling in the mouth. Light carbonation.

Taste - 4.5

A sort of sweet, malty taste, followed by a light bitterness that lingers for a bit. The dark sugar makes itself known throughout the flavour without being overpowering.

Overall - 4.0

A very good Abbey Ale full of flavour. Perfect to drink while looking out at the snow covered land and chatting with a few friends.
