Once the sediment settles it has a very clear yellow-amber colour, otherwise cloudy. A very thick white head that stays for a while.
Aroma - 3.0
A sour smell is all you get from this ale
Mouthfeel - 4.0
A fairly full mouthfeel with a nice amount of carbonation that isn't overpowering.
Taste - 3.5
A light sour taste that isn't overwhelming with almost no bitterness, pretty tasty.
Overall - 3.5
Overall it's a pretty good beer, watching the foam sitting along the walls of your mug is nice too.
